AI Processing

FinlyLife AI features are opt-in. When enabled, the system transmits a limited context payload and relevant user prompt content to model providers for response generation. Data minimization controls are applied, and account/debt naming controls may be used to reduce identifying details.

Retention and Deletion

FinlyLife retains data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request account deletion; upon approved deletion, data is removed or anonymized subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
